Our Process
Planning
At Vortex we believe that a solid plan is the route to success. We begin our process by selecting a premium location. This is followed up with due diligence on the area, examining elements such as proximity to public transport, schools and shopping districts. Trusted architects and planners carry out feasibility studies to determine the best use of the site, heritage status and environmental needs, taking into account zoning restrictions, so that projects deliverables and requirements can be defined and the project schedule created.
Design
Working collaboratively with renowned architects and designers, we draw inspiration from local and international design movements to create homes that resonate with our buyers. We take cues from the unique history and culture of the area and integrate this to create living spaces that are both functional and beautiful.
Development
Once our plans and designs have been approved by council, our Project Managers and Construction team bring the unique vision to life.
